To describe clinical and molecular findings in fetuses with localized overgrowth disorders (LOD) involving the brain (BO) and/or a limb (LO) diagnosed on prenatal imaging (ultrasonography or MRI), suggesting involvement of the PI3K-AKT-mTOR signaling pathway.
