Résumé

The aim of this study is to evaluate the effects of psychodynamic approach in the context of psychotherapeutic clinical interviews conducted by a psychologist. It involves analyzing the narrative productions of the patient-psychologist interaction to determine mental processes induced in a single-case design protocol. This research frame responds to the request of evaluation, according to the great difficulties into methodology, principles and practice of objectification of intersubjectivity, and singularity. This work should help to argue the interest of proposals for support or psychodynamic psychotherapy in oncology departments.
