To evaluate the effect of the temporal inverted internal limiting membrane (ILM) flap technique compared to conventional ILM peeling on the extent of dissociated optic nerve fiber layer (DONFL) and the retinal sensitivity in patients undergoing macular hole (MH) surgery.
