Résumé

We recently reported an improvement of precuneus PET metabolism after EMDR therapy in military participants suffering from PTSD.

Mots clés

EMDR, PET, PTSD, cerebellum, connectivity, • The connectivity between the precuneus and the posterior cerebellum is decreased in PTSD after EMDR. • Higher cerebellar metabolism before EMDR is associated with reduced PTSD scores after EMDR. • The posterior cerebellum and its metabolic connectivity with the precuneus are involved in the clinical efficiency of EMDR in PTSD.
