Résumé

The World Health Organization classification of bronchial intraepithelial neoplastic lesions has been shown to be reproducible. However little is known about its biological value. The aim of this study was to assess the proliferative activity of mild (MiD), moderate (MoD), severe (SD) dysplasia and carcinoma in situ (CIS) by the expression of Ki67 on biopsy specimens obtained during fluorescence bronchoscopy.
