Résumé

The most characteristic skin manifestation of systemic lupus erythematosus (LE) is malar rash characterized by an erythematous congestive sometimes secondarily squamous eruption over the cheeks and nasal bridge, that typically spares nasolabial folds. This rash is referred to as "acute cutaneous lupus erythematosus" (ACLE) (1). Recently, 2 SLE patients with remarkable skin involvement of seborrheic area (SA) came to our attention.
