Our purpose was to evaluate the impact of active delivery of the anterior arm with Couder's Maneuver (CM) during vacuum-assisted vaginal delivery (VAVD) on perineal tears. This maneuver can be beneficial because it has the advantage of reducing fetal biacromial diameter.
