Résumé

We present applications of multi-photonic microscopy in two different domains: integrated optics and biophysics. In the first application, we show how to encode information through the detection of second harmonic signals in polymeric films functionalized with azo-dye molecules. In the second application, we use the two photon induced fluorescence to study the migration of proteins during cell division at the microscopic scale.
