Postdoctoral Research Position (24 months): Assessment of radio-induced immune response to optimize Radiotherapy / Immunotherapy combination
The Preclinical Radiotherapy and Radiobiology Research Team of the Centre Georges François Leclerc (Dr Céline MIRJOLET) develops research projects about radio-induced immune response, RT / Immunotherapy combinations and RT / Nanoparticles combinations.
The team is specialized in the analysis of the tumor microenvironment after ionizing radiations using photons (SARRP), establishment and application of radiotherapy protocols (2D, 3D, Stereo RT), in cultured cells and tumor mice.
In the framework of this project the candidate will investigate irradiated mice tumor-grafted and tumor cells in a comprehensive manner by using flow cytometry, tissue staining, transcriptomic analysis and blood biomarkers development.
- highly motivated postdoctoral candidate with an interest in radiobiology and immunology,
- with training in tumor biology, murine tumor models, immunology and cell culture, flow cytometry, molecular biology,...
