Résumé
Desmoid tumors (DTs) are locally aggressive soft tissue neoplasms with variable clinical behavior and limited therapeutic biomarkers. While CTNNB1 and APC mutations are known, the broader genomic, transcriptomic, and epigenetic features remain incompletely understood.
