The RE-IORT prospective, multicenter, single-arm phase II trial (NCT02386371) evaluated the feasibility and safety of repeat breast-conserving surgery (BCS) combined with focal reirradiation using intraoperative radiotherapy (IOReIrr) in patients with locally recurrent breast carcinoma.
