Résumé
The SEMAPHORE trial evaluated the efficacy and safety of tocilizumab (TCZ) in glucocorticoid (GC)-dependent polymyalgia rheumatica (PMR). TCZ reduced GC use and disease activity at 24 weeks. This study aimed to assess relapse rates after stopping TCZ in patients achieving remission at week 24.
