Diabetes mellitus (DM) has been associated with increased colorectal cancer (CRC) risk and worse prognosis in metastatic CRC patients. In this large, pooled analysis of non-metastatic colon cancer (CC) patients, we investigated the impact of DM and metformin treatment on recurrence and survival.
