Résumé
RAS mutations have been shown to confer resistance to anti-EGFR treatment. We analyzed the results of the PETACC8 trial (cetuximab + FOLFOX vs FOLFOX) in full RAS and BRAF wildtype (WT) patients (pts) with resected stage III colon cancer.
