Résumé
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the diagnostic performance of dual-energy computed tomography (DECT) effective atomic number (Z) mapping for detecting radiolucent common bile duct (CBD) stones and to develop and externally validate a simple, combined imaging-biochemical score.
