Résumé
Derived iPSCs airway epithelium are challenging given their dependency on the mesenchymal compartment. We hypothesized that growing vAFE cells on well-organized stiff matrix precolonized by adult pulmonary fibroblasts would improve epithelial differentiation yield and maturity.
