In the GORTEC 2016-02 SANTAL randomized trial, patients at intermediate-to-high risk of relapse underwent postoperative radiotherapy ± cisplatin. This ancillary study aimed to evaluate the adequacy of surgery and operative reporting of salivary gland carcinomas (SGC).
