Résumé

Larotrectinib is a selective tropomyosin receptor kinase (TRK) inhibitor approved for the treatment of NTRK fusion-positive tumors. Although its efficacy has been demonstrated in clinical trials, particularly in infantile fibrosarcoma (IFS), real-world data in pediatric populations remain limited.
