Résumé

Colorectal cancer with microsatellite stable (MSS) status is intrinsically resistant to immune checkpoint inhibitor monotherapy targeting PD-1 or PD-L1. However, emerging evidence suggests that chemotherapies may overcome this resistance when combined with immunotherapy.
