Résumé

Benefits on survival of retroperitoneal lymph node (LN) dissection during cytoreductive surgery (CRS) for epithelial ovarian cancer are debated. However, LN involvement may be a prognostic factor especially in case of high-grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC).
