Résumé
Reulting from an internal SFGM-TC survey that identified the main bottlenecks, this article highlights the major challenges faced by cellular therapy centers engaged in the FACT-JACIE quality framework. It is unsurprising that, for a quality initiative to be adopted, it must make sense to both clinical and administrative teams. Effective quality training programs rely on a solid understanding of the quality standards and the accreditation process, combined with the concrete commitment of teams to continuous improvement. This article outlines the key steps to support and unite teams around shared objectives and to formalize a training plan to sustain accreditation.
