Résumé

Upadacitinib (UPA) is an oral, reversible Janus kinase inhibitor approved for the treatment of ulcerative colitis (UC) and Crohn's disease (CD). We assessed the long-term safety of UPA in both inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) entities.
