Résumé

The American Joint Committee on Cancer 8th edition (AJCC v8) defines sentinel lymph nodes (SLN) containing any tumor cells as positive SLN. Consequently, even thin melanomas with isolated tumor cells (ic) in SLN are classified as stage IIIA, making them candidates for adjuvant therapy.
