Approved IL-23p19 subunit inhibitors, including guselkumab, require intravenous induction dosing in patients with ulcerative colitis. We aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of subcutaneous guselkumab induction in adults with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis.
