Résumé
Immune Checkpoint Blockers (ICB) have revolutionized oncology by achieving durable tumor responses in advanced cancers. Nevertheless, currently approved biomarkers (PD-L1, MSI, TMB) have suboptimal positive and negative predictive values for tumor response and survival.
