Résumé

Perianal fistulizing Crohn's disease (PFCD) is a potentially debilitating condition with few systematically evaluated treatment options. We aimed to develop expert recommendations to standardize study design and conduct of randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of medical therapy for patients with PFCD.
