Résumé

Treatment of peritoneal metastasis (PM) from appendicular adenocarcinoma consists of cytoreductive surgery (CRS) and hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC). No specific recommendation exists in case of acute appendicular syndrome (AAS) with perforated tumor.
