To assess the prognostic impact of residual disease (RD) after primary cytoreductive surgery (PCS) and to compare survival outcomes between PCS and neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by interval debulking surgery (NAC-IDS) in patients with advanced-stage low-grade serous ovarian cancer (LGSOC).
