Résumé

To clarify the mechanisms of GNPs radiosensitizing effects, we investigated changes in yields of 8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine (8-OHdG), which is an oxidative damage marker and generated by reactions of 2'-deoxyguanosine (dG) with OH radicals in aqueous solutions.
