Résumé

Salvage abdominoperineal resection (APR) is indicated for local failure following definitive chemoradiotherapy or radiotherapy for squamous cell carcinoma (SCCA), at the cost of morbidity and reduced quality of life. This study evaluated outcomes after salvage APR.
