Résumé
Desmoid-type fibromatosis (DTF) is a rare intermediate malignancy with high local aggressiveness and recurrence in children after first-line methotrexate-vinblastine (Mtx-Vbl) regimen. The objective is to describe refractory DTF to standardize second-line therapy.
