The Malouf Lab at IGBMC (Strasbourg, France) is recruiting a postdoctoral researcher to join a translational research program focused on rare and treatment-resistant kidney cancers.
We’re exploring how long non-coding RNAs, epigenetic states, and the tumor microenvironment shape response to immunotherapy. Our approach combines functional genomics, single-cell and spatial transcriptomics, and in vivo modeling, with strong integration of clinical and bioinformatic expertise.
You’ll work within a motivated, international team with recent publications in Nature Communications, Cancer Research, Cell Reports Medicine, and EMBO Molecular Medicine.
We’re deeply committed to scientific excellence, collaboration, and mentorship.
📍 IGBMC is one of Europe’s leading biomedical institutes, offering access to cutting-edge platforms and a dynamic research environment.
🧬 We’re looking for curious, rigorous scientists with a background in RNA biology, cancer research, or immunology — and the drive to tackle complex biological questions with translational impact.
📅 Start date: September–October 2025
🕒 Duration: 3 years
🧪 Topic: Functional dissection of long non-coding RNAs in immune regulation and resistance to therapy
