To assess the risks of local and distant failure and overall survival time in patients treated with hypofractionated stereotactic radiotherapy (HFSRT) to the postoperative cavity for brain metastases (BMs) compared with patients treated with adjuvant whole-brain radiation therapy (WBRT).
