Résumé

Intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) is currently indicated to treat anal squamous cell carcinoma (ASCC). Conformal dose delivery and steep dose gradients may cause marginal misses. We analyzed patterns of locoregional recurrences (LRR) and delineation quality to determine IMRT-specific predictive factors.
